KEB' MO's MONDAY NIGHT BLUES SHOW

at Fontanel’s Pepsi Studio Gallery
Nashville, TN (March 4, 2013) - Fontanel is pleased to announce Keb’ Mo’s Monday Night Blues, an exciting new monthly concert series beginning April 1, 2013. After a “Bring the House Down” benefit concert for the Fisk Jubilee Singers held Friday, February 8 at Fontanel’s Pepsi Studio Gallery featuring Keb’ Mo’ & friends (and we should mention here they were friends like Wynonna, Michael McDonald, Amy Grant & THE FARM), there was no question this event should become a regular part of Fontanel’s entertainment offerings.
“Not only did we sell out, but in my opinion it was by far one of the best concerts ever held in all of our venues,” stated JP Dansereau, General Manager of Fontanel. “We are very pleased about Keb’ Mo’s enthusiasm to keep the momentum going, and to keep the friends coming!”
“We were humbled to be able to host the Music City Soul Series Benefit here in conjunction with the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp (NCVC), honoring the Fisk Jubilee singers in recognition of Black History Month,” continued Marc Oswald, co-owner of Fontanel. “The entire evening was magical, and we are even more humbled that three time Grammy Award winner Keb’ Mo’ has chosen to call Fontanel home for the remainder of the year on the first Monday of every month. Combining his musical gifts with the star-studded lineup’s he has in mind, I suspect they will continue to sell out.”
